Enrolments process

The main points of entry to Redlands College in 2018 are:

Junior School - Prep and Year 5

Middle School - Year 7

Senior School - Year 10

For vacancies in other year levels, please contact the Enrolments office.

The main point of entry to the Junior School is the Prep Year. Children attend Prep on a full time basis. Prep is for children who turn 5 years of age before June during their Prep year. The Prep program commences at 8:45 am in Term 1 and 8:30 am in Terms 2 - 4.  It concludes at 2:45 pm in Term 1 and 3:00 pm in Terms 2 - 4.

When can my child start Prep and Year 1?
Your child will need to turn 5 by 30 June in the year they start Prep.

Upon receiving your completed application form (together with the $110, per student, non-refundable application fee) your child will be placed onto the waiting list.

Applications are subject to the Redlands College Privacy Policy which outlines how the College uses and manages personal information.

Prior to entry, parents will be invited to attend a family interview with their child. The interview will be conducted either by the Principal or the Head of Junior, Middle or Senior School. If applicable, a copy of the most recent school report, the Year 3, 5, 7 & 9 National Assessment Programme Literacy and Numeracy Report results and any other information concerning the child's development will be required at the time of interview. The child's Birth Certificate will also need to be sighted.

Offers of enrolment for main points of entry at the College are mailed out to the successful students. Unsuccessful applicants may remain on the waiting list for future consideration.
