Congratulations to Thomas and Angus Lunn, members of the Bayside Outrigger Canoe Club.
Thomas (Year 10) won Junior Paddler of the Year, Most Improved Paddler and the inaugural Rangatahi (Young People) Award. Angus (Year 8) was the runner up to his brother in the Junior Paddler of the Year and the Most Improved Paddler categories.
The Rangatahi award is particularly noteworthy as it is given to a young leader who is recognised for mentoring and inspiring others.
