Year 11 students Tahlia Brown and Harrison Bass, with Mrs Smith (Pathways Advisor) attended a Business breakfast and Entrepreneurship workshop run by Redland City Chamber of Commerce and Griffith University on Wednesday 17 October.
They heard about RIAG (Redland Innovation Advisory Group). RIAG’s programs include Startup Redlands, which helps people wanting to start businesses and holds events for people to pitch to investors. They heard about Redlands Angels, who are investors looking for opportunities and providing mentoring.
Griffith University presented a workshop on Agile Change Management.
