Three Year 10 students, Tahlia Brown, Niamh Birrell and Dylan Brister are currently representing Redlands College on exchange at Ritsumei Uji High School, Kyoto, in Japan.
They recently contacted us with this report on their trip so far,
"Japan is so awesome. There is so much to do and try. We have found that most things here are very different to that of Australia. Such as the culture, food, behaviour, study habits, lifestyle... and the toilets. We have all learned so much already and love experiencing such a different way of living. I'm sure we are going to face just as much culture shock going back to Australia. It's been exciting, educational and definitely a once in a life time opportunity. We are very grateful for the opportunity to study abroad in Japan and I’m sure we will all struggle to leave".
