Welcome to Redlands College Sport. I am excited about having the opportunity of growing, developing and nurturing our sport program to reach new levels for our College and students.

My goal as the Director of Sport and Activities is to build high self-esteem and resilience in all of our students. This starts by accepting the player for who they are.  I strongly believe a student or athlete will never out-perform their self-image. I believe that our sporting program should be interlaced with grace. If students or athletes can embrace this concept, they will be more inclined to help, forgive and encourage fellow team members to succeed. This ultimately creates team and individual success. Playing with integrity, making the right choices and playing with heart, with no excuses is the philosophy and culture I strive to develop. Self-improvement is more important than winning.

I look forward to working with your children in assisting to reach their potential and chase their dreams.
