Before joining the Redlands College community in 2003, I taught in Education Queensland for seven years as a History and English Teacher. In my time at Redlands, I have held the roles of Senior School History Coordinator and Brisbane East Modern History panellist from 2012 to present. I have been involved in History curriculum development in both the writing of Modern History work programmes and assessment, as well as coordinating the Redlands College ANZAC Service each year.

I am committed to educating students to become open, fair and honest and I advocate for them to be independent learners and to achieve their best. I enjoy working with others and have a passion for Humanities.

My vision for the Humanities department at Redlands is to ensure that the students receive a comprehensive learning experience, achieving the best results and outcomes possible, and for staff to develop the God given talents of the students in their care.
