I am passionate about technology and how it can be used to compliment, as well as enhance, classroom teaching.  After I commenced in the teaching profession in 1999, I recognised that ICT's were being underutilised in the classroom.  My desire to learn more about this led me to study a Masters in Technology Education.

In my current role as Learning Innovation Coordinator Prep-12 and Dean of Technologies 6-12, I am able to inspire and create opportunities for innovative teaching and learning with a focus on designing, researching and the actualisation of technology-enhanced experiences that transform and redefine education, teaching and learning. The focus is on learning that is deeply engaging and truly preparing our students to be successful and active participants in society.

I am recognised as an Apple Distinguished Educator and have also completed a Graduate Certificate of Divinity. I love being involved in all facets of my work at Redlands College and look forward to making a positive difference in the life of every student.
