The success of a school in the care and nurture of its students ultimately comes down to the quality of the staff. The staff at Redlands College are the finest group of caring professionals I have encountered.
Stability and continuity of staff are crucial to building the culture of any organisation, but particularly a school. With many of the original staff from the school’s beginning in 1988 still here, and very low staff turnover, we have been able to build year on year, continuously developing and maintaining our culture and providing a sound platform from which to launch innovation.
As a Christian school we actively seek employees with a Christian background to ensure our values are maintained in every aspect of operation. Our staff see their work as a ministry, not just a job. That’s what it means to be a Christian school.
